Amazing staff, so kind and welcoming. I am new to the area and they made me feel very comfortable and not nervous at all. Dr. Higgins explained everything I needed done to me in detail and even showed me images and models to better understand. Front desk ladies were very pleasant and the office is clean and organized! I do not do well with change especially when it concerns medical care, and I am, at times a demanding individual which does not help.  So, when my husband and I had to search for a new dentist, due to insurance changes, it immediately caused distress.   After many phone calls to many offices we had the good fortune to find Meadowview.  It is rare, nowadays, to walk into an office and observed and feel a pleasant dynamic.  You're greeted with smiling faces at the counters; Yasmina was my technician and she could not have been more professional and skilled. Dr. Higgins is kind, funny, and all the individuals working there create a comfortable atmosphere.  So, change has been good after all. Thank you team Meadowview! I'll see you at my next cleaning! I was a patient even before the ownership change, so it meant a lot to see familiar faces like Holly and Yasmina when they reopened. I have terrible dental anxiety and a sensitive reflex, which makes dental visits extra nerve wracking. Even with that, and not having gone to the dentist in too long, the staff was so kind and caring. They never once made me feel bad about my lack of dental care. They took their time with me, and I felt more at ease than I ever have at the dentist. I can't recommend this office enough. I would give Meadow View Dentistry more stars if I could. 2023 and 2024 was a difficult year for our family and taking care of our oral hygiene took a back seat. Going in for the first time, we were all met with kindness, understanding and compassion above all. It was my first time in the office. I took my son for a second opinion on a time sensitive issue. Everyone was extremely nice. Dr Higgins gave me peace of mind. I have gone to this dentist office for years and am very impressed by the kindness, professionalism and dedication of the entire staff. First time here at Meadow view and I couldn’t be happier. Staff was lovely, the facilities are fantastic. Felt right at home from beginning to end. Was told and explained each, and every part of my cleaning everything was explained in great detail they even measured my gums, I’ve never had that happen before. They systematically broke down my bill for future dental work in great detail and explained even how my insurance works, which was a great help.
